When you place the crate rezzer on the ground near your Laurel home, place it anywhere within 20 metres of the middle of your home (outside or inside). Click the crate and your add on will snap in place to the right side of the building. Then you can delete the crate, and your new Chelan Balcony will stay in place.

The HUD provided will allow you to match it to the trim options available in your home control system inside your house. The add on is modify, so you can also tint the trim to match if you custom colour your home. All textures used are PBR, and we use the midday pbr environment settings in world environment when testing our products.

Land Impact 37 and you must use the Laurel House with this add on for it to fit correctly.
